It was a campus recruitment. Shortlisted applicants based on the GPA and were called for interview. Interview panel consisted of 10 senior officials. It was not at all a tough interview. They asked basic questions related to power systems and electrical machines. A bit of company knowledge was tested. As I had done my training at the same company, it was a bit easier to answer the questions related to the company
