J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Viz-Tek (Garner, NC)

      Entretien

First interview was with upper management via telephone, second was in the Garner office with former position supervisor...things were looking good, I was meeting with management over coffee since the I was out of state when I did the phone interview and I was told he wanted to meet me in person. Several days before the meeting I was called by the recruiter stating the new supervisor for this position wanted to meet me for an interview...apparently he was hired two days before my interview and felt the need to interview me for what was found out a position he knew nothing about. Long story short I kept being led around while the new supervisor created a job definition that changed the scope of the original PM job to one that required a more technical background, and less project management from what I was told. The original position required PM experience and some/little technical background and from my interviews with the upper management I qualified based on my background! Based on my experience to that point I called the recruiter and stated I wasn't interested in the job any longer, while I could see myself working with upper management i interviewed for originally, I didn't see myself working with the new supervisor based on personality, and the fact that his approach will be more process oriented and less customer based (based on him stating he deals with processes, not the customer). Not that there is anything wrong with processes/process improvement, just that he didn't seem to value the client/customer piece as much as the processes! I have never seen a company who wasn't client focused survive long...good luck VizTek!
