      Entretien

One of the worst experiences I had, thanks to the VP of Engineering. First of all I was supposed to get a phone screen from the VP of engineering. The time for the call was set, but soon after that time has passed, I received an SMS from him saying that he is stuck on a previous meeting and will call me in 10 minutes (so far so good, happens). 3 hours later I got an e-mail from him saying he couldn't make it and asking for the best times to call me. My e-mail went through unanswered, so I had to do it through recruiter again.... Two weeks later, finally a response that they want to bring me in for the interview (what happened to the desire to do the phone screen?). Went through 4 people interviewing me, the last one was supposed to be the VP of engineering. After 30 minutes of waiting for him, a secretary walked in looking surprised that I was still there and wondering why no-one told me he was stuck on the meeting and couldn't make it. Didn't get an offer, but even if I did I wouldn't want to work for a VP that treats people like that. All the people I interviewed with were of Indian origin, so was the majority of the people in the office. The office was pretty big and looked professional. All the conference rooms are at the entrance, have glass walls and seem to be constantly occupied. It appears as if you are always watched when you try to go outside.
