It was average. One screening phone call, another from the Manager of Social Media Management and then an in person interview. They called the day after to offer me a position.

Asked about how to handle difficult and upset clients.
Normal interview process. Managers were nice and friendly. Asked typical questions. Nothing was out of the ordinary. All questions were professional and they answered any questions I had. Very insightful to what the position requires
