First, we began to take some written tests which are psychological tests, academic knowledge tests, and interior-to-furniture knowledge, Then, we will be interviewed one one-on-one by HR. But sadly, I didn't pass after the interview and there was no further notice about the test result.

So many interviews and most of them felt very awkward and lack of preparation on the company's part. The tests given were too much work for just a "test" with very short deadline, you are expected to do overtime from the get go. No follow up on rejection letter unless you reach out to them first, the low appreciation for the bare minimum felt like the long hiring process was a waste of time and effort. Overall a negative experience for the hiring process but would still recommend the company as a whole, as the company is offering potential career growth and good benefits, at least from i've heard from the users
