Day 1: First step - first day i make to get this post: i applied online. Day 2: I was called and i have registered the first interview in the next day. Day 3: I go to the first interview and i have a meeting with the HR Director for 1 hour. Day 4: HR calls me for a skill test. I go to the test and i finish this in 1 hour. Day 5: HR calls me for a meeting with publisher manager, editorial manager and HR manager. This step its finished in 1/2 hour and i go home. In 2 hours HR calls me and offer this post.
