Smooth, clear and positive process. Telephone interview with the recruitment team which was basic information around my background and experience, followed by an in person interview in the office for around an hour with some example based questions.
Fairly standard questions and suitability for role. The interview process is designed to allow the employer to assess the suitability of the role. Ask any questions you may want to understand if the role is right for you. Many employers may withhold crucial information.

Far too long winded for a entry level role, too many hoops to jump through, a lot of expectations. They try to sell you on the benefits, a free breakfast isn't going to pay my bills.
