I had applied through company website. Phone interview was scheduled for 30 - 45mins. I was asked about basics of Electronics and my projects. Finally, I was asked about experience in Bluetooth, which I didn't have. And was rejected because of no experience. (Resume and cover letter indicated that I am an Entry level candidate)
