Questions d'entretien chez Visual 2000

I applied online on December, they contacted me through email on January, I went for the first interview, a week later they call me for the second interview and about 10 days later I got a job offer.

I received and email for an interview and the VP for for R&D did the first interview. I was asked to return for another interview with HR who only comes in on Fridays and with a Director. After I was told that I would hear from them either way. I emailed twice and asked if they have made a decision. They said they will make a decision at the end of the month and that I will hear from them no matter what. I emailed the third time and they just never responded. I found it a bit unprofessional. They could have just said that I didn't get it the first time. It would have been more acceptable than to be lead on.
