Initial phone screen, asked about my experience, barely wanted to touch what the company actually does, hostile to repeating a question when asked for clarity. Was asked to come in for an interview. Interview was with some developers and a manager. Manager enters meeting last and immediately starts rapid firing questions. No introduction of team or goals. Manager was combative without any redeeming qualities, thankfully the developers sensed the hostile nature and diffused the situation. The process seemed like a nuisance to the non HR staff, prepare for a hostile environment, the perks are advertised for a reason.

Initial logic and reasoning testing. The first interview was with the immediate team. That was then followed up with an interview with senior staff and the ceo. Finished the process with great impressions
