The most horrible interview process I’ve been apart of in my entire life. They make excuses to basically string you along as a backup even when you very well know they aren’t going to hire you. You have to reach out to them multiple times to get an update. They asked about diversity and what it means to you when they basically have no diversity to display on their entire team. Never going through this process again. I am happy I took an offer elsewhere.

It was a thorough interview process, but it takes quite some time to interview with the organization though. Need to be patient - it will pay off in the end.
