Thorough and collaborative. They involve members of key teams and executives. Thoughtful questions and flexible schedules too. Not the easiest process but not the most challenging either. Speed from application to interview to offer was fine.

Straightforward process. Four rounds including HR screen. Everyone was pleasant and I had a good experience until I spoke with the CEO as the final step. I was severely unimpressed with her. I asked four distinct questions re the company and she stumbled and blabbered on without actually answering the questions. It was so bad, I remember thinking to myself, good thing she’s not being interviewed for the job. She seemed far more comfortable being the one in control and asking questions. Her questions were tone deaf and lacked real intention aside from trying to get ideas from you. I didn’t like her energy and I’m sure I would not have enjoyed working long term with this company.
