Step 1: Take a test “Problem Solving” . It only took 30 minutes, and it is too easy. They ask you to go to their office for only this short test, so it is a waste of time
Step 2: Preliminar Interview. This interview is also a short interview, and very easy
Step 3: Interview with the directors staff. It really took not least than 3 hours, it was hard but interesting.
I consider they hire people with just a short experience, in order to train the worker
