Had phone interview, then was brought in for onsite interview. Interviewed by multiple engineers in one session, but only one seemed to talk which was awkward. Overall interview was awkward, and was unlike all of my other interviews where the interviewers were personable and easy to talk to. Questions about culture and balance were also dodged, similar to one of the other interview reviews that has been posted here. My overall impression of the interview was off-putting to say the least; it felt very adversarial. Interviewers at Visier in the future should try and make the candidate feel more comfortable before moving into technical questions (maybe ask about hobbies, instead of just side-projects).
