This has got to be the most unprofessional place I've ever had the misfortune of interviewing at. Let me take you on a journey through this absurd interview process. First off, you need to know that I was desperate for a job. That's the only reason I put up with this nonsense. I was determined not to let this opportunity slip through my fingers, so I endured all their interview rounds with the patience of a saint. Now, keep in mind, I've never felt compelled to write a review for any company before, but these folks really pushed my buttons. The first interview was a joke. They told me to show up at their office, promising that all rounds would happen that day. So, I had to take a day off from my current job. I was the first one there, but they made me wait for 40 minutes before the technical interview. I aced it, no problem. Then, they had me sit around for another hour, only to tell me that it was Friday and the other interviewer wasn't available, so we'd have to continue online another day. Seriously? The second round wasn't any better. I had to wait for like 5 or 6 days, and I had to bug the HR multiple times to get them to arrange a video call interview. That happened 8 days after I aced the first round, mind you. I nailed the second round too, with 80% correct answers. More technical stuff. But here's where the real madness begins... The third round was an absolute nightmare. They kept me hanging for nearly a month, despite me bombarding the HR with calls. They kept saying it was just a discussion round with their IT head, who apparently was too busy with some project. So, I thought it'd be a breeze. Nope, I was deceived again. They scheduled it on a weekend, probably thinking it's a holiday for most employees. But guess who shows up to interview me? Not the IT head, not even someone from any department. It was a senior associate, and they threw questions at me about stuff I had zero knowledge of. I mean, seriously, how did they come to this conclusion? I passed the first two rounds with flying colors. They assured me the third round would be a cakewalk, just a discussion. They said the IT head would conduct it, but it was some senior associate. They made me wait a whole month for this nonsense. And to top it all off, on Monday, after I inquired about my interview feedback, they had the audacity to tell me I was "technically weak." Well, if that's the case, then those first two interviewers must be total rookies to have selected me based on my technical skills. Unbelievable!
