I was referred by friend, there was no discussion with HR. Technically manager called me directly for an interview. Interview time scheduled over phone, there was no calendar invite. Discussion was very informal.

Very bad way of conducting interviews. People took interview who don't know about the technology itself. Also what ever showed in JD and what i was supposed to do were completely different
