I have been interviewed for the first round L1 and then got a call from HR informing me that I am shortlisted for the 2nd round and soon will have my L2 round of interview within 2 days.
But I haven't yet received any calls, Its been a month now .
HR is not replying to my mails and calls.
This is the second time in I have faced the same scenario for Virtusa within an year.
If you do not have vacancies then you should not conduct any interviews and HR should atleast keep informing if candidates are being told that they are shortlisted.
