Entretien
Initial onsite coding exam using Codility then technical phone interview on a separate day. Codility test was split into front end (React), back end and logic, quite simple.
That said, the experience was very terrible and disorganized experience.
- They kept all the candidates waiting for over an hour as the hiring manager hadn't prepared our test.
- On multiple occasions, I received an email from the interviewer that was meant for another candidate (how do you mess that up? Also that violates GDPR doesn't it?).
- Although I got to the next stage, I had to chase up to schedule my interview, which they forgot.
If you're willing to put out with that, then apply for this place, otherwise.
The only saving grace is they give you infinite sandwiches during the test. I ate like 6...

Make a button that when clicked will increase a counter using React.
Given an array of letters, write an algorithm that caches the letters in an array such that it keeps only the 5 month recent unique letters. If a letter is already in the cache, bring it to the front of the cache.
Through campus plcement first was exam
After exam , technical interview which was too slow , asked about oops concepts it was already late so they wrapped up fast and did not ask more

I had good experience in interview process. And I would recommend you to give interview in Virtusa if you are getting a chance. Interview questions were neither difficult nor easy.
