I was contacted by a consultancy for the interview at Virtusa, Ecoworld office. Their recruitment team was good and the process started on time. People with less that 4.11 years of experience were supposed to take an online test first. People with more that 4.11 years of experience were sent for the first technical round. I have more than 5 years of experience and there were total 3 rounds: 1 Technical Interview 2 Technical Interview 3 HR Round The interviewer was very arrogant and rude. Whenever I was not able to answer anything, he was laughing at me and asking how can you not know this? His questions were mostly bookish and if you try to answer them with your own examples, then again he will say he's not able to understand and start laughing. I was so irritated with that guy that in the end even when I knew the answer, I just started saying "I don't know". It was a complete torture for me!
