It's really well and good approach for picking the right candidate in the Interview process (Virtusa - Hyderabad people are really appreciated in conducting the interview). Those people who are in the HR Admin department are really supportive and good at organizing the whole interview process, i have attended and got cleared with all rounds and got an offer (i agreed to work with them even it is 3 Months contract position).
Only sad part is with the vendor company (recruitment consultancy) who scheduled the candidates for the interview and they are just behaves like a Street side vegetable vendors (actually these street side sellers have a decency than these recruitment people).
Especially these people were not officially got any approval from Ministry of Corporate Affairs of India yet, still they were in the business and dealing for MNC's positions like the Great Virtusa, this vendor company just waiting for the approval from the from Ministry of Corporate Affairs of India with the reference No:C69562155, there is no incorporated date or approval for this cheap vendor company. They are just misused their authority in deal with candidates and all fake promises and double cross words with the candidates (who got selected) who are ready to join in the organization. They are forcing the candidates to take the offer and behaving very rude with them to accept the offer even they are not willing to take the offer. These people completely degrading their client's image. These people sourcing the candidates through their private numbers. Indian Government Should concentrate on this area as well for the better growth of IT industry.
Please consider this request and don't put your company's Image under Risk and this is your responsibility to pick the right vendor for fulfill your business requirements, i hope you will consider this.
