Entretien
Two face to face rounds after waiting for more than an hour. Later sent back on positive note after being told the manager round will be scheduled soon. It got scheduled after two days and I was waiting for their call. They did not call me and I called consultant HR (Job Depot) who scheduled my interview with Virtusa, and he replied because of my hight expectation Virtusa had dropped my profile. ( Then why did they schedule my interview in the first place? ). Later when I told them I open for negotiation they offered me less that 10% (That was only 50K more than my current salary).

First round was telephonic
Second round managerial
Third Client Round is Video Call.
They asked me to send all documents before the managerial round itself, saying whatever be the result, i will be hired for virtusa. and i am selected.
Thankfully i did not send till client round.
The client was expecting expertise in everything, i had just started some time back on the technology, so they did not select.
post that when i tried to call and mail the HR, no response from her.
And before setting up the interviews she literally bugged me for two days, when i was not ready to attend the interview in 2 days.
Finally i agreed and then! So un-professional she did not even reply to my mails!

Entretien
I appeared for a Senior UI Developer Role with AngularJS profile. The process was overall good. 5 rounds of interview.
1. Written MCQ test. Around 100 questions from JS, HTML, AngularJS.
2. Technical Round 1 - Questions on technical concepts related to AngularJS, HTML, CSS, etc.
3. Technical Round 2 - Questions related to Site Performance optimization techniques, TDD, Web Accessibility, etc.
4. Managerial Round
5. HR Round
Overall, the process is good and everything is done in one day. Kudos to the recruitment team.
