The interview process is quite lengthy with 3 rounds of written exams,consisting of technical paper,etc.This is followed by a one-to-one interview where few technical questions and some general background check including HR stuff is asked

Questions were based on general HR.Some core java stuff was asked.
Through campus plcement first was exam
After exam , technical interview which was too slow , asked about oops concepts it was already late so they wrapped up fast and did not ask more

I had good experience in interview process. And I would recommend you to give interview in Virtusa if you are getting a chance. Interview questions were neither difficult nor easy.
