My negative experience related to few following things:
1 They promise BUT DID NOT cover my travel expenses for F2F interview.
2 They initially says Java Architect but in F2F its converted magically to Technical Lead
3 They decline my candidature because i'm green card holder. What actually was in my resume and initial conversation.

first technical round with Architect and Technical Lead, waiting for the result and it will be followed by another technical rounds then manager round and then probably it will be final discussion

Entretien
Got the call from recruitment agency & interview was scheduled in the evening.
I was suggested to join 5 mins earlier & I did join.
After the wait of 10 mins, recruiter of Virtusa joined & after another wait of 6-7 mins, I was told that panel is busy & wants to reschedule.
How unprofessional & the panel was delivery head there. Means one can't manage own work properly but expect others to manage multiple tasks properly.
