I applied to a role Developer / AI Support Engineer related to development and integration of AI coding tools. After a call with a recruiter I was invited to a technical call related to a completely different position (senior python role). Accepting this invitation was a mistake. In addition to Python I was quizzed on Linux and HTTP protocol. AI was not even brought up. Of course I did not get an offer, which is not a surprise since I don't even have experience for this type of role. Recruitment looks like complete chaos. Complete misunderstanding and a waste of time.
