I'm not sure what would have followed because I opted out at step 3.
I was open to completing an assessment but what I was given was an assignment which required me to submit my intellectual property for free - which I don't do on principal. The assignment was scenario based and very specific to Virtuous, which meant it would also require extensive research to do a thorough job. Again, on principal, I don't work for free.
I would have been happy to do a short assessment (a few questions), but spending hours on a project is an unacceptable ask of someone.
