Interviewed with nurse manager, assistant nurse manager and she had 2 RNs come in to ask questions and allowed me to ask questions. Leadership talked a lot about the culture and wanted to know what I could contribute. Talked about Shared Governance, this is a Magnet organization, and they are looking for staff who can contribute.

They ask you multiple questions pertaining to situations, your background, your skill level, your flexibility. It helped to prepare questions for the interviewers as well. The interview process was very smooth and the hiring managers make it comfortable for you.
