Utter waste of time. Will not recommend interviewing here. Went through a very long interview process. The recruiter bucket you to the lower level from the beginning but do not tell that to you until you have cleared all the rounds. I was kept stringing asking. Especially after passing the on-site I was told I made the cut but had to do one more round. Then instead of telling me yes or no kept stringing me along. I withdrew my application as I had better offers already. Please treat your candidates with the respect they deserve. Everyone’s time is precious.

The recruiters put you into level and compensation buckets before even taking the time to understand your calibre. I was invited to interview for the role at the senior level, but surreptitiously told compensation for the Junior level. Only after a direct question did the recruiter come clean and say that he was not interviewing me for the said role.
