Applied online and was contacted immediately for an on-site interview. I was asked to prepare a presentation introducing myself to a room of around 4 employees including the CEO/Founder. The presentation was followed by rapid fire Q&A - in total, I was asked about 10-15 questions. The team was very nice and the employees (sans CEO) were very personable. However, I was quite surprised by the CEO/Founder's demeanor and felt that he lacked the leadership experience to motivate and inspire his own team. Alex asked crass questions like how I would make him money and why he should hire me. I think he needs to work on his interpersonal skills, and think about hiring people at the junior level as opportunities to teach, inspire and lead.

They responded to me very quickly after I expressed my interest on Angellist. I had set up a talk the next day afterwards. The questions were not very in depth as it was more like a screening. Lasted like 15 minutes. The interviewer was very kind and professional. Unfortunately, after a couple days they decided not to move forward with my application. The company and their service is awesome and I very much encourage you to get a job here and apply ASAP, it's definitely going places and growing a lot! I'll definitely be recommending the service to people I know.
