The post was for multiple jobs across departments. Unclear as to what particular position I was applying for. The interview was remote via Skype with multiple follow ups, still with no clear direction as to what position I was a finalist for. New member of the HR staff conducted most of the interview, with some technical difficulties as a result of using Skype.

The process was pretty fast, given that the university has to follow state policies. There was a 3 person interview committee that gave a recommendation to the hiring manager.
