I submitted my resume via craiglist ad & was contacted within 3 days for an in-person interview the following day. I was interviewed by the owner of the company. He had his two dogs there, which were very friendly and put me at ease. The entire time he was googling things about me on his iPhone, in plain sight. He did not seem interested in much that I had to say. I thanked him, and politely sent a thank you note in the mail the following day, thanking him for his time. I called back a week and a half later, as I had not heard back from him regarding the position/time I should wait, and he never returned my call. I called back a second time a week later, and still have never heard from him. I have heard on the inside its a fun place to work, but the owner is a stick-in-the-mud. I would have appreciated his call back, even if to let me know I was not right for the position.
