The interview process took too long.
The final interview was very unprofessional to the point that the interviewer would mock your past job experiences.
I was traumatized by this experience, which no applicant should ever experience.

The interview process it was a calm one. Very pleasant and easily. If you know your domain, you can drive the process. It took maximum thirty minutes for all the conversation

Very generic in general; first interview through Skype ,questions about bar knowledge and why would you like to work in Virgin,what would you do in specific situations, what are your strengths and weaknesses,etc.
