Interview was in 2 stages with a technical and HR interview. Technical interview was more into knowledge based with respect to your previous experience and project management. HR interview was more on personal skills

In my officially life i've experiance of only two interview. Now im working in a Good company which is a Infra Provider of telecom sector. And culture of this company is good for us, no false commitment, no heavy argument etc.
