Had 3 sessions, hr, team lead and tech interview. Tech interview lasted for about one hour and It was mainly design the system. Hr and team lead took 30 minutes.

The whole process was pleasant and took 3-4 weeks. Everything seemed professional from communication with HR to try-out day. It consisted of 5 steps: • Initial communication with HR. Discuss the application process. • Online meeting with tech lead. Talk about my experience, my expectations, interests, upcoming homework task. • Homework task that had several challenges including Code Review, implementing an improvement to an existing feature, and a new feature to existing code base. • The most difficult step was a technical interview with two other Software Engineers which took about an hour and half. Discussed my experience, what could I have improved else in the given project code, explain why I chose one or another technical solution, compare them. • The last step was a try-out day. In-office activities and meetings were planned during the day. That was with intention for me to feel work and community vibe with the team and others. It worked well, got positive feedback during multiple steps of the application process.
