The interview process was very simple because I had the experience necessary for the job. They have a very interesting process after they have approved you as a potential employee. They have a center with a mock tower set up and they actually ask you to produce a finish product. They will judge your work to see if you get the job. This is a great idea because there are a lot of people in the industry that lie about their experience.
