It was a quick and smooth interview in which I was asked about my experience in childcare, hours I could work and what training would look like. They pay was set at $9 so that was the only downside.

The interview mostly consisted of questions based on an assessment you have to take when you apply. Questions about honesty and what you value, what kind of work environment you prefer and what you would do in different situations.
