Zoom with multiple applicants at the same time with two interviewers. Promised a follow up call or email and did not receive either. The questions were not very well thought out, they did not seem prepared.
Since the interview I have done more research and it appears that I should be grateful not hearing back from them though this in itself is a poor reflection on the company. I recommend you don't waste your time.

The 30-minute screening interview was quite strange. The person I spoke with seemed confused about the questions and struggled to articulate them. At the end, I asked about the company culture, and she replied, “Humble, but I have to go. I’ll email you soon with the next questions.” She seemed stressed, and the overall experience was negative. It wasn’t a good look for Viking.

It wasn't difficult to get an interview although we were told only about 10% of candidates get interviewed and then 10% of those make the cut. Interview was group style with several other candidates. They asked questions and had each person answer them. If you were last in line that made it a little difficult.
