The interview process for apprentices at Viget is very thorough. After applying online, they set up a phone interview with a recruiter. Afterwards, they set up a technical interview, where I was pair programming with one of their development directors. They then moved me to the final stage of the interview process where I had to do a 2-hour interview with my potential mentor, another development director, and a person from the people team. Even though the interview process can be very time consuming, I had a very positive experience overall. Everyone was so nice, and they were very transparent with me throughout the entire process, letting me know who exactly I’d be interviewing with. Definitely one of the hardest interview processes I’ve gone through, but also one of the best.
