First Step: Online Exercise. This is an online exercise. They gave me about a week or so, but the sooner, the better for you to finish it. The questions are pretty standard. Second Step: A technical Interview - Pair Interview. Overall the second and the third step are quite similar. In this step you'll do a pair interview about 1,5 half hour. Third Step: Two Pair Interviews. Same like the second step but this time is twice. I only till the third Step

Question 1
The questions during the pair interview are around TDD. First: The ask you to write a unit test. Second: To write the implementation. Third: How to refactor the code. And it goes in cycle. What you need to prepare: * TDD - the flow, Red - Green - Refactor * Write a unit test : Be critical and learn about how to write a unit test. * Refactoring: Learn about clean code. Tips: Read from refactoring.guru or Uncle Bob's book: clean code. * In the implementation : ensure that you have a solid problem solving skills. Another tips: * Asking questions if you are not sure. * Learn raw SQL code, Ruby On Rails, Java, and Kotlin. * Learn to write a pseudo code.

Entretien
The first phase is an online technical coding interview then a full day on-site 3 pairing coding interview session. The first pairing was general to see our general problem-solving skills. Then the other 2 were about doing the real feature implementation. At last, interview with HR and VP.
