Interview process was well structured, both interviewers were pleasant and professional. Interview began with small talk and then gradually into competency-based questions. "Tell me about a time where you dealt with a difficult customer" etc. Then a short role play scenario via laptop live chat.

Entretien
I applied for the job and got invited to complete a straightforward online assessment a couple of days later. It included a personality test as well as a few questions that I had to answer by recording a video of myself. The second and final stage was a face to face interview with a team leader and a team manager. Everyone I met on the day was very friendly and welcoming. The interview itself included some competency based questions as well as a role play question. This was truly one of the best recruitment processes I've been in as the company gave quick feedback and kept me in the loop throughout.
