Recruiter reached out through LinkedIn several times for a screening call. Had the call, and recruiter was unable to answer questions like "What is your culture like, with being remote?" - especially concerning given the state of the reviews here. Then, two days later, when the recruiter let me know they'd be following up for next steps, they let me know they had already sent an offer letter and someone had accepted. Why would you hunt people down and push a screening call when you have candidates in final stages, and waste everyone's time? No wonder this is what their Glassdoor looks like.
