Group interview with me and 3 others. The manager was nice but not everyone had the chance to answer the questions only the first or first two to answer. It lasted about 20 mins.

What's the first thing you noticed when you walked in
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
