J'ai postulé en personne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Victoria's Secret (San Francisco, CA) en avr. 2012
Entretien
I received two phone interviews. Then I was brought in to meet the District manager who ultimately makes the decision. I was offered the job on the spot. The first call was just a basic interview to see if you were a real person who can speak well. The second was with another store manager. The third was with the DM.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
A lot of work ethic questions. How do you handle difficult situations. How are you managing a team.
Very slow organization, postponed the interview time several times. It gave me mixed feelings.
There were generally standard questions for the position, I prefer more personalized and friendly conversations. But overall, not bad .
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Victoria's Secret (Grapevine, TX)
Entretien
2-3 weeks between each contact. Everyone seemed stressed and trying to catch up with their workloads. Each interviewer did not seem enthused about the company and were quick to talk about the struggles.
They do it in Group setting, multiple levels and rounds to go through , very prompt in dcheduling and in communication via phone and via email , fast response time, seems prepared, personable but also they asked smart questions
