J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Victoria's Secret (Tempe, AZ) en juil. 2011
Entretien
Had to do a group interview with about 10 other people, asked us questions as a group. Basically whoever stood out the most and answered questions right away was focused on most. Then selected from there for one-on-one interview, I received the call to come back in before I got home from the first interview and I only lived a few miles away. Keep in mind this was also my first job I ever interviewed for.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
How would you handle an angry customer who wants you to break store policy to give them what they want?
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
