J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Victoria's Secret (Saint Louis, MO) en mai 2012
Entretien
Referred by a friend, came in for in person interview. I sat with manager in back break room. I cannot remember all the questions, just remembered that I thought it was one of the more difficult interviews I had been on. I received a call two days later and was offered the position.

Question 1
Was given a product and asked how I would sell it to a customer.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
