Entretien
I went in and filled out an application. within a couple of days they called me and asked to schedule an appointment to come in for an interview. I came in within that week and had an interview that lasted no longer than 30 minutes. They asked me a few questions about my previous employer and they also called a few of my references. after they said they would give me a call back next week. they called and congratulated me and asked me when I would be able to come in to start.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
