Applied in store. Contacted by phone. Had an interview with hiring manager. Then had an interview with the head of the department they wanted me to work in. They said they would contact me if they wanted to hire me. They checked my references before calling me for an interview.

Why do you want to work for Victoria's Secret. What sales experience did I have. Sell them something that I had on hand.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
