Networked through another store. Had an interview at Starbucks with store manager. Friendly and fun. Basic questions. Tell me about your work history. Why VS? Second interview with DM. Friendly and fun as well, although she was late (due to weather) Prepare to speak to your resume. Have questions prepared to ask at end.

I was invited for the Manager role but now after final round they are offering a lower-level position instead of the expected compensation. Ask them why they changed their stance after the final round. They said they don't have budget.
Is this is Ok candidate expend 20K in travelling from other city and HR changed their words after that
