i applied in person and i got called in for a group interview (6 people) the next day!!! the group interview was easy no questions about the history or background of the company but more senarios oriented and questions about my previous experience from school and work!! there were only 4 questions

how do you feel when you go into a store and you can't find your size in a certain item
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
