Group of 5 or more and taking turns answering questions. Store Managers as to follow on the question and everyone is going answer similar. After the group, SN said he will call them kast year.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
