I had one group interview and then a solo interview with a manager. They called back fast and started work the following week. The interview process was not stressful, they kept it chill. The group interview was an hour and the solo interview was around 25 minutes. They ask about your past sales experience.
Hiring managers prioritize your personality, availability, and customer service mindset, looking for candidates who are friendly, adaptable, reliable, and comfortable engaging with customers, rather than focusing heavily on prior experience or technical skills.
Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
